Fortress: Basic Information of All Buildings

I will try to be as clear and concise as possible, but I still want to write everything so that everyone knows the best strategy to use based on their situation.

The Fortress is a kind of mini-game, but it affects your character as well.

The most influential thing are the gems which are embedded in the objects, to increase their power.

The other important thing is to be able to "enlarge" the backpack, increasing the number of backpack slots to allow more objects to be stored.

Another important thing is the extra experience you gain with the passage of time ...

OK, after this short (and unclear) introduction we are going to illustrate every building and its use.

1-Fortress; Is the building in which everything is based, it is also the first building that can be built at a cost of 100 gold.

No other building can be upgraded beyond  the level of the fortress. You must increase the level of the fortress first.

The Fortress is used to store resources and increase the level of knights (the total of guild knights will affect the quality of the gems).

2-Woodcutter's Hut, this building is nothing more than a wood extractor, it collects a certain amount of wood per hour and once the shed is full, it will stop collecting, the production speed and the maximum storage capacity depends upon the size of your Fortress (See 2b).

3-Quarry; Similar to the Woodcutter's Hut, the quarry collects stone, the accumulated and the the production speed and the maximum storage capacity depends upon the size of your Fortress (See 3b).

4-Laborers' Quarters; Speeds up the construction of buildings and the production of gems, maximum level 15.

5-Barracks; In this building you can train troops that you'll use to assault enemy fortresses and steal resources (5b shows the number of trained soldiers available and the maximum number of trained soldiers)

6-Fortifications; This is the first obstacle that enemy troops find while attacking your fortress, having an always up-to-date wall helps to avoid numerous attacks and raids from other players.

7-Archery Guild; The second obstacle that enemy troops have to overcome are archers, it is important to keep the level up to date, but it is more important to have sufficient Fortifications (7b shows the number of trained archers available and the maximum number of trained archers).

8-Mages' Tower; The last line of defense if your Fortifications and Archers fail (8b shows the number of trained wizards available and the maximum number of trained wizards).

9-Smithy; This is where you increase the level of your troops (Soldiers, Archers and Wizards), the higher your combat unit levels, the more attacks you will win :D

10-Academy; Experience ... How important is it to gather experience and improve level?  Well, well, and everyone knows it; Here we have a little help, as this building collects experience that will help you level more quickly, so full speed guys.

11-Treasury; This building increases the size of your backpack; Each level adds more space to put whatever objects you prefer. (Maximum level 15)

12-Gem Mine; We have arrived at one of the most important buildings; This building produces gems of different attributes that you can then embed in your equipment that have sockets.

13-Attack; This button initiates attacks against opponent fortresses so you may steal the resources available; The screen that will come out is the one in the image below:

Where you see the number 14, you will find the name of the opponent, his level, and how much loot you will to steal from him if victorious.

It also shows how has he improved the various buildings of his fortress compared to yours which are in brackets;

Finally you will see the rank of their fortress compared to yours which are in parenthesis.

15; 16; 17; Are the defenses of your opponent; The wall is always visible, the same applies to archers (see also the number of archers defending); As for the wizards, you can only see the level of mages, but not the number of defenders.

If there are no defenses, you will see a question mark in the box instead of an image.

Let's go to the attack part (number 18) : you can choose the amount of soldiers that will attack the enemy fort; Once decided, press the "Attack Now!" button and the attack will take place on the enemy stronghold; If you are not confident in certain victory, you just press "Back" and return to the base screen of the fortress.

This all basic information provided; It is important to be aware of even more specific strategies and specific concepts;

HOW COME I FIND SOME OPPONENTS THAT HAVE ZERO RESOURCES I CAN STEAL?

Well; If this happens, it means you have built a beautiful fortress, far above other players;)

In the event that you attack a fortress 3 levels or more of below yours, it is not possible to steal any resources.

THE SHIELD

The shield is a very important in the fortress;

First of all there are two types of shield:

1- Total shield, which is when you are initially building the fortress and worth 2 or 3 days (information to be checked); Prevents all opponents from stealing the resources while it is active.

2- Partial Shield, lasts for 24 hours, starting from the last losing defense; Prevents the adversaries from stealing the resources from the Fortress warehouse, but not the stored units in the extractors; the quarry or the woodcutters' hut. If the partial shield is active, the opponent can only take 50% of the resources in the extractors. If the shield is not active, the opponent will also steal 10% of the resources that is stored in your fortress.

(Hourly production of wood / stone of a level above ours) - (my level of fortress - level of fortress of the defender) * (Hourly production of wood / stone of a level above ours)

When the result of this expression is negative (x <0) then we will not take loot in case of victory

When the result of the expression is positive (x> 0) then the loot given by the victory will equal the result obtained.
